The statistics regarding domestic violence in Australia are deeply concerning. According to the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare, approximately 1 in 4 women and 1 in 13 men have experienced intimate partner violence since the age of 15. This prevalence underscores the potential for these issues to impact our workplaces, employees and community.
